Led a comprehensive redesign of the Sonos setup and onboarding experience, creating a more intuitive and streamlined system for users to configure their speakers. Developed a new design system with consistent patterns, typography, and components that simplified the complex technical setup process into clear, guided steps.

Created an extensive library of 3D product assets and animations to provide visual clarity during setup and troubleshooting. Reimagined the entire user journey from unboxing to first play, reducing setup time by up to 40% while maintaining advanced configuration options for power users.

I led the design effort for Coinbase Advanced, shaping a dedicated experience for professional traders within the Coinbase ecosystem. Rather than simply enhancing existing tools, my focus was on rethinking how the advanced trading experience was structured, presented, and accessed. This involved designing a more intuitive, seamless flow that distinguished pro-level trading from the simpler retail experience,ensuring that serious traders could navigate the platform efficiently without friction.

By refining the architecture, interaction model, and overall usability, I helped establish Coinbase Advanced as a standalone destination within Coinbase.com, giving traders a clearer, more focused path to high-performance trading. My work ensured that power users could engage with advanced features effortlessly while maintaining the trust and familiarity of the Coinbase brand.

Led the overall UX for Sonos One from concept to launch, covering hardware UX, software UX flows, manuals, and prototyping. Designed touch interactions, LED behaviors, and physical affordances to create a seamless, intuitive listening experience.

As part of the Sonos One launch, I also led the design of Sonos' integration with Amazon Alexa, making it the first third-party hardware to feature Alexa. Defined voice interaction patterns, multi-device behavior, and UX flows, ensuring a frictionless smart speaker experience. Worked closely with Sonos and Amazon teams to align hardware and software, delivering a cohesive and intuitive user experience.

Led the design of Nike's live shopping experience, creating an immersive digital retail platform that combines real-time product demonstrations with interactive shopping features. Developed innovative ways to showcase product details, sizing, and customization options in a live streaming format.

Designed the interface to seamlessly blend entertainment and commerce, making it easy for customers to discover, learn about, and purchase products while watching live content. Created custom components for real-time inventory updates, size selection, and checkout integration.

Led the effort to answer the question: What does privacy mean for people and how can hardware support them? Led the exploration of privacy-first hardware controls for Meta Portal devices. Designed innovative interaction patterns and physical interfaces that give users clear, intuitive control over their privacy settings.
